Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation email to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Stripe, PayPal and Mondido manages all of our banking transactions. Vendisa HB does not store any credit card numbers. No money is charged before we dispatch the goods from our warehouse.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Stripe and PayPal with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Vendisa hb will automatically cancel your order
All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order. Vendisa hb is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments.
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. Vendisa hb holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may lead Vendisa hb to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Vendisa hb in order to get an address to send the goods to. If an item is damaged during transport, Vendisa hb should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
Warranty term: two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). The warranty does not cover used batteries or normal wear and tear of case, glass or strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch. Replacements due to faulty water resistance is not covered if the crown is not completely closed when the watch is in contact with water. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact us" page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)
In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the customer.
Vendisa hb has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
Vendisa hb ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with DHL express and their partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Lars Wivallius customer service or using the contact form on Lars Wivallius website within 14 days from receiving the goods (http://www.larswivallius.com), provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk of transporting the returned goods to Lars Wivallius.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Lars Wivallius by email . If a product has been discontinued Lars Wivallius has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Lars Wivallius will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page (http://www.larswivallius.com). Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Vendisa hb should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults. Vendisa hb has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
Vendisa hb shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Vendisa hb does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in Vendisa hb property until full payment is made.
All attempts at fraud reported to the authorities and Vendisa hb reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU (except Norway and the United States) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Vendisa hb will not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
